16-Hour On-the-Job Training: Your Next Step Forward
Service Description
You’ve got your foot in the door—now it’s time to take the next step. Once you complete the 8-Hour course and submit your application, the 16-Hour On-the-Job Training is your required follow-up. You have 90 days to get it done once you’re hired. We cover: What to do on the job—like responding to emergencies and handling public interaction How to stay safe while keeping others safe Real-world scenarios so you’re not caught off guard when it counts This course helps you show up prepared, ready, and sharp. You won’t just have a license—you’ll have the knowledge to back it up.

Cancellation Policy
At JMI Security Services, we are committed to fairness and transparency in all of our student transactions. Our refund policy is as follows: 100% Refund: Students are entitled to a full (100%) refund if the request is made prior to the start of instruction. Courses Divided into Two Days: If a course spans two days, a 50% refund will be granted if requested before the start of the second day. Courses Divided into Four Sessions: Refunds will be issued on a decreasing scale based on attendance: 75% refund if requested before the start of the second session 50% refund if requested before the start of the third session 25% refund if requested before the start of the fourth session Please note: No refunds will be issued once a course has been fully completed. As per state regulations, security guard training schools are not permitted to charge non-refundable fees or deposits. All payments must be fully refundable based on the terms outlined above.
